BIG celebrates two years of action for more biodiversity in real estate


On November 16, the BIG program celebrated its two-year anniversary. The occasion brought together nearly 150 partners from OID (Observatory of Sustainable Real Estate) and BIG, including real estate companies, study offices, consulting firms, and other institutional and scientific partners, at Pavillon de l’Arsenal.

Expert Testimony – Gilles Boeuf, Professor at Pierre-and-Marie-Curie University, Sorbonne University, former president of MNHN (National Museum of Natural History), and professor at the Collège de France

Welcome Address – Marion Waller, General Director of the Pavillon de l’Arsenal / Urbanist and Philosopher / Author

BIG: 2 years later, where do we stand? – Delphine Mourot, Head of the BIG program at Observatoire de l’immobilier durable

Minister’s Address – Sarah El Haïry, Secretary of State for Biodiversity alongside Christophe Béchu, Minister of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion

Panel Discussion: How to collectively mobilize city stakeholders for biodiversity action?

The conference was moderated by Pierre Darmet, Marketing and Business Development Director at Les Jardins de Gally, co-founder, and vice-president of CIBI.

The event also marked the launch of the new BIODI-Bat indicators on the R4RE platform.
